What is Numbra?

Numbra is a daily number puzzle where you guess one real-world statistic in 10 tries or less. The answer might be a population, distance, price, weight, revenue figure, stadium capacity, or natural-world measurement.

The game is simple on purpose: make a guess, get feedback, and use that feedback to reason toward the answer.

How the game feels

Each guess gets three kinds of feedback. Higher or lower tells you direction. The temperature scale tells you whether your guess is freezing, cold, warmer, hot, blazing, or correct. Green boxes show right spot, right number when your leading digits line up at the right magnitude.

That means you do not need to know the exact fact before you play. You can start with a rough estimate, bracket the answer, and get closer one guess at a time.
